  • Proven ability in driving accountability to meet deadlines and adhere to directive and company guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Retail operations administration including management of the Retail Operations email account within agreed SLAs, running, devising and distributing business reporting and communication, revising, updating and advising of Store Operations policy and procedure, processing POS material, etc.
  • Collaborating with Global Retail Operations to execute business directive and communication tools e.g. newsletters, policy & procedures, manuals, guidelines, training tools etc
  • Maintaining, administering and troubleshooting retail systems including communication platforms, Customer Voice, StorIQ, MOCCA, POS system, etc.
  • End to end management of the Global Team Wear (staff uniform) scheme
  • Devising, monitoring, updating and communicating incentive programs to motivate our retail team and to drive sales
  • Undertake retail specific projects as required
