Responsibilities

  • Provide general human resources related support in the areas of training development and delivery, needs assessment, requirements gathering, change management and communications management
  • Lead the Cognos training program for users to include developing and delivering in-person training classes and WBT online materials
  • Conduct proactive outreach and communications with Cognos user base, with targeted coordination to Cognos focal points, directorate HR staff, Cognos administrators and users overall
  • Maintain and update Cognos reports used to display workforce data, both past and present, against projected requirements
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data via Cognos, create report templates for customers as needed
  • Demonstrate a high level of client facing engagement, executive presence, diplomacy and able to negotiate best solutions with senior HR leaders
  • Conduct other related activities as assigned to support TACG and/or the HR Analyst occupation
