Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and continuously acquire knowledge about IKEA products and services, sharing this expertise with customers and colleagues and promote the IKEA brand.
  • Offer IKEA services and solutions
  • Proactively engage with customers offering advice, and support to find furnishing solutions to fit their actual needs.
  • Arrange product displays and ensure that the stock is clean, tidy, priced and full.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment in the IKEA store for both visitors and colleagues, actively preventing incidents by adhering to IKEA's health, safety, and security policies and requirements within the designated area..
