Responsibilities

  • Engage with HCPs including Hospital Pharmacists, Medication Safety Officers, Purchasing Officers, Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Educators, and Clinicians in acute care settings to deliver key messages in medication safety to drive adoption of Baxter’s Premix Medications
  • Uncover, Identify and convert sales opportunities from targeted accounts through f2f pre-planned meetings to meet territory’s sales growth target
  • Educate customers on Baxter’s Premix Medication range and its benefits in Medication and Patient Safety through regular in-services and presentations
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the identified key healthcare stakeholders on the use of Baxter Premix Medication ranges and seek opportunities that meet local guidelines
  • Engage with Medication Safety governance to keep up to date with changes in local policies and recommendations
  • Respond timely to Medication shortages where Baxter’s Premix Medication and compounding services can be an alternative solution.
  • Regularly review and update the sales funnel to reflect current opportunities and accurately forecast future sales
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial and profitable business relationships with both external and internal customers
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team on participating in local tenders and monitor its compliance.
  • Work with Baxter Sales and Education specialists and Compounding Sales Specialists to expand customer access and exchange knowledge across the business
  • Represent Baxter Healthcare during customer meetings, in-services, and presentations.
