Requirements

  • • You bring at least 10+ years of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud development experience in the CRM/Salesforce environment and have been able to successfully lead projects
  • • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
  • • Very good knowledge of Salesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) as well as the CRM environment is mandatory
  • • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning and Classic versions, Reports and Dashboards
  • • You underline your theoretical knowledge with the most important Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Architectural certifications
  • • You have a strategic and always thought-out approach and maintain the necessary overview even in stressful situations
  • • Understand Agile way of working
  • • Your profile is rounded off by business fluent German and English skills

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, focusing on CPQ functionalities using platform best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery & technical teams to develop solutions using industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Should have hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation etc.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
  • Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives.
  • You are responsible for planning new projects in consultation with the end customer.
  • Strategic alignment of the team as well as the resulting coordination during the project.
  • Active participation in the entire course of the project (including the optimization of the Salesforce applications as well as the implementation of the solutions).
  • Close cooperation with near- and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization.
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals.
  • Managing and mentoring colleagues in the team.
