Responsibilities

  • Receipt, storage and distribution of key reagents, manufacturing and Pilot samples.
  • Coordinate shipments of key reagents, manufacturing, and pilot samples with delivery to the shipping department for outbound shipping.
  • Assist in scheduling and completing sample disposals in collaboration with QA.
  • Inventory Management and stock check of key reagents, manufacturing and Pilot samples. Notification of gaps in services provided.
  • Completing the creation of key reagent stocks, including labelling, aseptic aliquoting, inventory registration, storage, supply of working stock and shipping.
  • Maintain cold storage facilities where material is stored, and complete daily review checks on storage units.
  • Processing of batch paperwork to include document scanning and saving to network locations.
