Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests related to academic matters such as, but not limited to, faculty hiring, leaves, and separations, within ServiceNow’s ticketing platform.
  • Review faculty job postings to ensure they comply with university and state policy.
  • Audit and review faculty Prior Approval Request (PAR) documents to ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, standards, and business procedures. Consult with hiring units on PARs and associated faculty recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Review and approve business processes in Workday to ensure compliance with Regents Rules, university policy, and EVPP business procedures. Consult with campus stakeholders as necessary.
  • Other related functions as assigned.
