Required qualifications include advanced knowledge of compensation principles and laws affecting compensation practices, extensive experience in managing multiple priorities, and expert communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is also required.

Yes, desired qualifications include familiarity with Navy Federal's functions, experience with mergers/acquisitions, previous consulting experience in an HR-related consulting firm, and CCP certification.
What types of reports will the Senior Compensation Consultant be responsible for preparing?
The consultant will be responsible for preparing summaries, analyses, reports, charts, graphs, memoranda, and manuals/reference materials related to benchmarking and ad hoc reports.
Will the Senior Compensation Consultant work independently or as part of a team?
The Senior Compensation Consultant will work independently and also lead and mentor less experienced staff, participating in cross-functional and multi-dimensional teams and projects.
What is the work schedule for this position?
The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
