Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
  • Work with Client Business Intelligence (BI) users to develop and publish reports, dashboards, operational, ad hoc reporting from conceptual and technical solution designs.
  • Analyze and model data for trends, provide insight and recommend actions based on analysis.
  • Work with the customer and team to capture business needs as user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate and manage group story review session.
  • Support sprint team as needed to meet committed sprint goals.
  • Assist in analysis and report of testing defects.
  • Write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business user.
  • Build and maintain BI reports and Dashboards to deliver critical information to business users.
  • Conduct technical fact-finding sessions with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and users to initiate and conduct analysis of reporting needs to meet product requirements.
  • Facilitate and participate in weekly and ad hoc customer status meetings; provide updates as needed.
