Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for increasing awareness and consideration of HubSpot and its core products through brand advertising, activations, and partnerships in the UK, FR, DE, and Australia
  • Work closely with the global brand team and creative partners to shape global campaign strategy and create assets that are contextually relevant to local markets
  • Work with the paid media team and media partners to develop media strategy and recommend placements that will break through and reach our target audience
  • Develop and review positioning and copy aimed at awareness and consideration
  • Become a product and audience expert, understanding our audience’s pain points and how HubSpot helps solve them
  • Work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams to transcreate work and hit awareness goals
  • Provide creative feedback to internal and external partners in a way that is clear, empowering, and empathetic
  • Bring new ideas on how the HubSpot brand can reach our audience in new, breakthrough ways that turn heads and capture outsized attention
