Responsibilities

  • Lead group of direct reports (8 -12) including but not limited to:
  • Contribute to strategy and associated yearly goals and objectives leading staff in achieving strategy and goals.
  • Recruit, develop and retain appropriately qualified staff, recommending, and implementing staffing decisions. Management and supervision of team including performance management, coaching, mentoring, reward, and recognition.
  • Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion where staff feel comfortable speaking up and ideas are shared and openly.
  • Oversee capability implementation, adherence to timelines, budget, performance metrics and management of resources to meet changes in the portfolio.
  • Accountable for continuous improvement and proactive resolution of issues and/or challenges that arise within capability delivery.
  • Ensure effective shared learning across the function and with other functional areas, as well as application of shared learning and best practices.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with business partners, vendors, and leadership across functional areas as well as act as communication interface with these areas regarding activities, priorities, and feedback.
  • Champion commitment to quality and ensure team deliverables maintain a state of inspection readiness.
