Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work strategically in acquiring new promising tax advisor partners to build a transactional and reciprocal partner portfolio and thereby grow our joint payroll business
  • Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with our partner‘s economic decision makers and payroll leaders
  • Implement joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with our partners, including co-marketing initiatives, sales training, and enablement programs
  • Plan and run (co-hosted) partner events and activities and manage partner marketing communications with support from Personio marketing, within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
  • Evaluate performance of partnership activities and adapt them accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll Sales, Payroll Operations, Partner Enablement and Partner Marketing teams
