Responsibilities

  • Data led demand planning
  • Responsibility for the creation and management of demand planning to inform and enable his/her team to deliver optimum schedules for our doctors, allied health professionals and drivers.
  • Conduct analytics to determine optimum shifts and routes
  • Responsibility for analysing utilisation of clinicians, configuration of shifts and transportation logistics to inform his/her team of the most efficient and cost-effective schedules.
  • Oversight of Service Delivery Team
  • To have oversight and responsibility for the service delivery team by overseeing staff performance, including involvement in appraisals, training, and disciplinary procedures when necessary. Recruit, onboard, and induct new employees, ensuring they meet required standards.

  • To ensure we consistently fulfil our commitments to our clients including the fulfilment of corporate event requirements.
  • Training
  • To ensure we consistently deliver a market leading service, the Service Delivery Manager should ensure that clinicians are fully prepared for any specific requirements of the client and location in which they are working.

  • Preparing timely and accurate reports and analysing service delivery data when required
  • Review of SOP’s and SLA’s:
  • Carrying out quarterly reviews on Service Delivery Standard Operating Procedures and reassess Service Delivery Standard Level Requirements.
  • Quality Management System
  • Actively engaging with the QMS to ensure compliance and highlighting Opportunities for Improvement.
  • Completing monthly non-conformance reports
  • Fleet Management
  • Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
  • Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles
  • Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed
  • Managing vehicle tax and CVRT’s
  • Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
  • Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
  • Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
