Responsibilities

  • Performing repairs and maintenance work on technical systems to ensure optimum guest comfort
  • Supervising and coordinating repair and maintenance activities with external service providers
  • Monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, along with other technical facilities
  • Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of building systems to guarantee smooth operations
  • Implementing safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments, particularly Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering
  • Carrying out inspections and testing of machinery, equipment, and technical tools
  • Responding swiftly and flexibly to technical challenges and operational disruptions
  • Contributing to process improvements through innovative technical solutions and optimisations
