Requirements

  • 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop or application virtualization using Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • 1+ experience of Active Directory and Entra ID Authentication
  • 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer network and cloud issues.
  • Working/understanding of Operating System Concepts and Identity Access Management.
  • Enterprise scale experience in virtualization and certificate services.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Ability to lead incident responses for your service disruptions, perform root-cause analysis, and implement post-incident improvements.
  • Own, triage, and resolve production issues with an emphasis on broad communication, learning & sharing throughout the process.
  • Reliability Engineering: Drive reliability and performance across the services by proactively monitoring, alerting, and automating processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and processes that reinforce reliability.
  • Telemetry: Read, write, configure, design, and script end-to-end service telemetry, smart alerting, and self-healing capabilities for platforms.
  • Collaborate: first and foremost; ability to exercise cross-team co-operation and influence.
