Mission & Purpose

We aspire to be the best place to work in the legal sector. Our mission is simple: Help rebuild the lives of people who have suffered serious, life changing injuries. Our goal is for them to have the very best possible life after injury. We do this, not only through the case work we undertake for injured clients, but also through supporting charities, causes and organisations that share the same mission. We are a fast- growing business, underpinned by exceptional financial security through our owners Sun European Partners- one of the largest and most successful investors in the world. We have grown substantially over the years to a firm employing just under 600 people, however one thing has remained constant – our determination to do the best for victims of accidents, serious injury and medical negligence. To us, the most important thing about personal injury law is the individual at the centre of it all and our team who support them. We offer multiple routes to both legal and non-legal qualifications, many of which are fully funded and gained while you work. We are also fearlessly protective of our culture which empowers our team to succeed.
