Responsibilities

  • Annual Operations Plan: Develop a comprehensive marketing & communications plan for Building Automation India region that aligns with global directives & meets regional business strategies and objectives.
  • Customer Communication: Define LOB specific Target Customer Personas and develop Full-Funnel Marketing Campaigns leveraging most potent touchpoints to influence Decision Journey. Own NPI Launch Communication and Support Offer Management with Launch Commercialization. Design NPI Focused Full-Funnel Campaigns to deliver Marketing Generated Pipeline & Revenue. Drive Optimal Digital Mix in overall Marketing Communication efforts.
  • Brand Management: Develops & Owns Brand Messaging and Positioning Architecture for all BA India LOBs. Develops LOB specific key differentiators and focus. Owns and manages brand awareness, perception and governance. Manage Honeywell brand in the region, represent Building Automation business marketing communications in ONE Honeywell initiatives.
  • Content Development: Leverage global marketing messaging, create compelling regional/ local contents and produce the relevant marketing Digital & Offline assets. Develops content based on Outcome and Feature, Benefit Value propositions in close partnership with Offer Management and Channel Marketing. Owns & Implements Corporate Copy Style guidelines. Vertical focused Customer Presentations / collaterals.
  • Demand Generation: Develop & Execute Impact-driven, multi-platform demand generation programs to constantly improve Key-Opinion-Leader engagement, Customer acquisition, retention, advocacy, and loyalty.
  • Planning and implementing online and offline marketing activities including Road shows, Trade Association Partnership, Partner Conferences, Events, website, SEO/SEM, paid media demand generation etc.
  • Leverage sales and marketing automation tools and processes, plan and execute regional and in-country automated leads generation and conversion campaigns, and support sales and marketing funnel expansion.
  • Owns Lead to Revenue process from Inquiry to MQL to SAL to WIN.
  • Owns Virtual & Real-world events calendar to optimize Customer & KOL engagements.
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for Critical / Key Accounts
  • Analytics & Optimization: Creates data gathering strategy to pull critical analytics from platforms to support campaign efforts.
  • Track marketing KPIs and drive Marketing Channel optimize programs
  • Track campaign level performance and aggregate LOB > GBE > SBU > SBG reports. Analyze data to optimize campaign efforts and improve Return On Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Marketing Operations Management: Drive and implement digital marketing and communications strategies, and deliver the integrated marcom plan on budget, on quality and on time with the accountability on marcom ROI. Manage the regional marcom/marketing budget planning and tracking process, support marketing operations excellence and marketing operating systems (MOS) at both global and regional levels.
  • Collaborate with COE and manage external agencies. Managing vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets. Plan, Develop and Optimize BTL/POS Deployment & Logistics
  • Partners with PR for Brand Communication Strategy
  • Market Development Fund (MDF) management & Deployment
  • Manage both customer and partner databases in the region and improve contactable database, partner with sales and marketing teams to develop customer insights, build up persona of the target customers and support customer segmentation.
