Responsibilities

  • Use Avail, AP, BO, MRP and SAP to:
  • Oversee production planning at PBC manufacturing sites across Canada and some PBNA locations
  • Oversee the production and product delivery from Co-Packers or from Mixing Centers
  • Extract production plans, forecasts, raw material consumption and manage both finished goods and raw material inventories.
  • Oversee long term planning schedule accuracy using AP reporting
  • Develop and foster relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. Co-Packers, SC Planning, Demand Planning, M&W Teams, Global Procurement, Supply Assurance, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
  • Ensure data is updated timely to facilitate data flow to the planning tools
  • Daily review of prior day’s OOS and future weeks of supply for each network supported, determine root cause and work with matrix teams to mitigate risk
  • Ensure product is planned, ordered and delivered to accommodate innovation launches
  • Monitor and scorecard project milestones
  • Communicate on a weekly basis to network issues/concerns/orders
