  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to analyze information with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a dynamic environment and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy individually and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and Glassdoor a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes, schedule interviews with qualified candidates and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and administer online technical evaluations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, define job descriptions, and provide guidance on candidate selection. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and business experience by providing timely communication, answering candidate inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates using internal and external recruitment tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to managers and candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and management satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
