Responsibilities

  • Support department for all subcontracted services and purchase orders needed: launching process, status monitoring, invoicing follow up and problem solving.
  • Support for budget steering and consolidation: Forecast (FC), OP, S&OP, Cube5, Workload (WL) and any other exercise required
  • Be the focal point for the organization in Export Control related topics.
  • Coordinate the Sustainability initiatives for Training.
  • Manage and provide control over the Headcount actuals and expected future for the department.
  • Be the focal point for Transformation savings initiatives.
  • Support the different organization to ensure a continuous, reliable and lean business operations flow, in close collaboration with all the internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:
  • Creation of Purchase order requests in mySupply and Click n’buy tools with knowledge of the internal Airbus rules and processes to support the TAST organization.
  • Ensuring adherence to Procurement processes
  • Keeping register of the requests
  • Ensuring consistency of documentation
  • Modification of purchase orders as needed by the business
  • Ensuring internal rules and processes are followed.
  • Reception of Invoices in workflow and dispatch to responsible managers for approval whilst keeping a register
  • Creation and modification of local booking codes for employees and simulators in order to register employee and simulator hours as well as trainee days
  • Extract relevant information from SAP as requested by the different programmes and stakeholder
