Responsibilities

  • Als Sales Assistant in unserem Store sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Kunden sich bei uns wohlfühlen!
  • Du bietest deine Unterstützung an und hilfst ihnen dabei, das perfekte Outfit zu finden und inspirierst sie neues zu probieren ob in der Anprobe oder auf der Verkaufsfläche.
  • Außerdem achtest du darauf, dass die Anprobe aufgeräumt ist und unsere Ware auf der Fläche ordentlich präsentiert ist und alle Größen aufgefüllt sind.
  • Auch hinter den Kulissen im Lager sicherst du den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Prozesse im Store. Unsere Technologien helfen Dir dabei, flink und effizient zu agieren!
  • Du bist mit den Verkaufszielen vertraut, um die Filiale bei ihren Zielen unterstützen zu können, sowohl einzeln als auch in Team.
  • An der Kasse sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Kunden im letzten Schritt ihres Besuchs einen großartigen Kundenservice erleben.
