Current students, recent graduates, career changers, and those returning to the workforce are eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada at the time of application.
What type of experience can interns expect to gain during the program?
Interns will gain practical work experience and skills development within a participating lululemon Store Support Center business function, as well as engage in career development sessions, social events, and opportunities to learn from executive leaders.
What kind of support will interns receive during the program?
Interns will have a 3-tier support system that includes a supervisor, mentor, and buddy for coaching and mentorship.
Are there any specific design skills required for the internship?
While not mandatory, it is beneficial to have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Mac OS. A passion for art, design, and fashion, as well as an awareness of fashion and market trends, is also valuable.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship?
Interns participating in the 2025 program will have early access to full-time job opportunities, but conversion to full-time employment after the program is not guaranteed.
