Yes, candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Cyber Security.
Are there any preferred qualifications for candidates?
Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, SQL, teamwork abilities, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in software such as Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Yes, the program includes networking opportunities and assigns each intern a formal mentor, along with interactions with senior executives.
Will interns be paid for their work?
Yes, the base pay for this internship position generally ranges between $26.00 and $27.00 per hour.
What types of projects will interns work on during the program?
Interns will focus on learning the telecommunications space, specifically on device enablement and provisioning functions, which includes analyzing existing systems, problem-solving, and documenting system and product requirements.
Is there any flexibility in work location during the internship?
Yes, this position is eligible for a hybrid work model, which allows for a combination of in-office and remote workdays.
Are there any travel requirements for this internship?
Yes, interns must have the ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
