Responsibilities

  • 1 Working closely with the Entertainment Activities teams to assist in compiling and creating new shipboard programming concepts and training materials
  • 2 Will develop new Themed Events and Dance Parties based on current trends or decided themes
  • 3 Intern will assist in gathering data and information for analysis of current and future projects through Medallia with both ratings and comment tracking
  • 4 Will help create or update Standard Operation Procedures for future concepts or existing activities and will identify new flow plans for activities and concepts
  • 5 Will learn operational systems such as E1 smartsheet sharepoint Medallia and homeport editing
  • 6 Will help organize meetings and events for business purposes
  • 7 Will assist in booking travel for any vendor related activity within the fleet
  • 8 Will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management
