Requirements

  • Who are you?
  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a creditable institution with a focus on Business, Economics, or a similar program
  • Someone with strong interpersonal skills
  • You exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management & organizational skills
  • A great story teller and can convey large amounts of complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • You are committed to excellence in customer service (internal or external)
  • A passionate and driven individual, and adept to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, while leveraging your exceptional research, analytical and communication skills to synthesize and relay information in a meaningful and impactful way
  • You are problem solver and have the ability to identify issues as they arise and can triage, accordingly
  • Must have skills:
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are client-focused, customer-driven and work well under pressure
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical skills - analyze and understand data and the ability to interpret and apply it, as applicable
  • Excellent research skills and resourcefulness, with the ability to seek out answers to questions and problems solve in a timely manner
  • Understanding and willingness to learn the payments, fintech, or financial services industry
  • Nice to have skills:
  • Have previous experience coordinating internal and/or external stakeholder groups
  • Previous experience working with a CRM platform, Tableau, Medallia and/or similar data management tool is an asset
  • Previous customer experience, account management, or sales experience an asset
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Flexible, adaptable
  • Presentation skills - ability to put together PowerPoint slide decks that present concepts and data in a clear, concise and informational way
  • Ability to think outside the box and propose creative ideas

  • Developing and maintaining positive business relationships, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, while balancing the needs and interests of the organization
  • Identifying industry trends by researching and analyzing applicable client and market data
  • Providing continuous support and coordination of key activities and initiatives through consultation with cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Conducting special projects and performing additional duties, as assigned to help achieve departmental objectives
