Your experience and education:
You are fully bilingual in both English and French
You are enrolled in an accounting focused post-secondary program with the intention of pursuing the CPA designation
You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in risk advisory with an interest in exploring the CIA or CISA designations
You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively, both written and orally
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have the ability to prioritize competing deliverables with varying deadlines

Responsibilities

Work on a variety of engagement types, including internal audit, Third Party Assurance CSAE 3416/ SSAE 18 (SOC1, SOC2, SOC3), enterprise risk management, internal controls assessment, program evaluation, independent project review, business process enhancement/re-design, and IT general and application controls assessments
Review, document, evaluate, and test business processes and internal controls for design and operational effectiveness in a wide range of environments
Maintain a proactive and logical approach to information gathering, with an ability to combine complex ideas and present information in a concise manner
Assist with the development of risk assessments
Develop client deliverables, including analyses, recommendations, and reporting documentation
Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness and quality of deliverables and services.
