Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while effectively dealing with common client requests (resource increases, certificates, DNS, etc.)
  • Update, monitor and maintain business critical information in Server CMDB.
  • Regularly run reports and communicate to stakeholders regarding server maintenance, server promotions and expiring SSL certificates.
  • Assist Server Technician with server infrastructure environment including OS installation, configuration, monitoring, operations, vulnerability management, troubleshooting/repair and maintenance of physical and virtual servers in a 24/7 environment.
  • Monitor their respective ticket queue and handle tickets to ensure incidents and service requests are addressed in a timely manner, meeting established metrics and SLAs.
  • Manage onsite inventory of hard drives, cables, and other spare parts.
