Responsibilities

  • Learn what it is like to support to different professional services clients
  • Join critical project teams to assist segment-wide initiatives which will provide insight and visibility to all of the businesses within Corporate and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
  • Analyze data and measurement projects to evaluate effectiveness of learning programs
  • Project management for various in-person and virtual learning events, including new hire orientation offerings
  • Research and provide the latest recommendations in HR, Learning & Development, and related fields on best industry practices
  • Gain exposure and familiarity with all other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Compensation, etc.) and may include specific assignments with these teams
