Responsibilities

  • - Support all aspects of the company's organic and inorganic strategy
  • - Participate in strategy projects spanning M&A transaction support, defense budget analysis, go-to market strategy, new market development, acquisition integration and operational strategy initiatives
  • - Contribute to major strategy initiatives
  • - Conduct analysis (i.e. financial modeling, valuation, business cases)
  • - Develop briefing and review materials
  • - Perform market research
  • - Assist in project management and due diligence
