Requirements

  • Problem-Solving: Creative and critical thinking abilities to tackle challenges, find innovative solutions, and improve user experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to new technologies and shifting project requirements with ease.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating with team members and articulating ideas clearly.
  • Digital Engineering: Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Swift, and experience with digital experience platforms.
  • Design Sensibility: Understanding of UX/UI design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use analytics tools to gather insights, measure performance, and inform design and development decisions.
  • Current student with one of the following academic standings: Rising Senior, Senior, Graduate/ MBA student  
  • Degree relevant to the internship you are applying for 
  • Must be able to participate in 10-week program for either date option provided above 
  • Must be able to work onsite at our headquarter location for the duration of the internship- interns will partner directly with their managers regarding expectations to work collaboratively in office specified days of the week 

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: You'll play a direct role in boosting our direct-to-consumer sales by engaging with projects that attract and retain our consumers.
  • Technology Application: You'll have the chance to apply the latest in digital experience management and generative AI to create impactful consumer interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll learn to work alongside various teams to gain insights and achieve cohesive, brand-enhancing strategies.
  • Learning and Leadership: You'll gain valuable industry knowledge while leading initiatives that contribute to the team's success and the company's digital presence.
