Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete daily facility operational requirements for Disney Central in Orlando and the surrounding grounds, a 96,000-square-foot facility with a population of approximately 1,200 residents. Responsibilities include:
  • Project assistant for small to medium-sized projects; guiding internal and external partners and ensuring that the quality of work is in compliance with client expectations
  • Acting on written and verbal requests from and collaborating with all levels of Cast including Executive, Senior Leaders, and hourly Cast
  • Troubleshoot and solve infrastructure problems with workstations and offices
  • Complete a heavy volume of daily tasks and assignments in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the facility meets or exceeds Safety and Show Quality standards
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, propose solutions, and coordinate implementation while assessing specific issues and research technical products and/or providers to provide solutions for workplace challenges
  • Complete all required Company training as assigned
