  • You’ll be an undergraduate student in their senior year or higher, or graduated within the past 6 months earning a degree in Cultural Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available for the duration of the internship, approximately 40 hours each week
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Valid US Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Support development, maintenance and distribution of Inclusive Strategies tools including pitch decks, sizzle reels, content calendars, and content-related presentations
  • Research/fact-checking support for product development
  • Manage business update presentations for internal and external partners by coordinating data collection, images, etc.
  • Support product/content review process, including tracking submissions, feedback capture and report-out
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to coordinate DCP Inclusive Strategies team involvement in content updates, mobilization meetings and task forces
  • Support experiential/activation projects tied specifically to retail and product initiatives
  • Provide team meeting coordination including agenda generation, recap notes/action steps, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the team on other initiatives and new opportunities as needed
