Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the local sales team and rotate with hands on experience through various roles to gain insight and exposure within the Sales & Service business function.
  • Build relationships with customers and internal teammates through job shadowing and ride-alongs.
  • Maintain daily communication with your manager, assigned mentors, and Sales Leaders for guidance and feedback.
  • Attend Sales Operations team meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team’s activities and annual business objectives.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure and business acumen knowledge through facility tours and shadow opportunities with other business function teammates.
  • Support the local sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding their customer base.
  • Execute applicable promotions and new products based on target lists.
  • Participate in monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing promotions and Point-of-Sale activities.
  • Support the execution of commercial plans to generate sales growth.
