Responsibilities

  • Assist Post-Production and Production Assistants in every-day tasks such as miscellaneous tracking, database management and file creation
  • Work with the Post-Production Coordinators and Managers on assignments as needed
  • Maintain and create spreadsheets for the department on post-producers, editors and other post-production roles
  • Perform research projects as needed
  • Gain experience using platforms such as Airtable, Scenechronize, and PIX that are utilized by post-production departments and teams throughout the industry
  • Production and asset management on AVID systems. This role will assist with editor and client requests using AVID and production equipment and help manage and monitor WWTVM systems.
