Yes, the pay rate for this role in California is $22.00 per hour.
What qualifications are required to apply for this internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Brand Management, Gaming, Digital Media, or related fields and must be at least 18 years of age.
Is prior experience in the gaming industry necessary for this internship?
While it is preferred, prior experience in the gaming industry is not required but a passion for games and familiarity with Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands are encouraged.
Will the intern be required to manage assets and deliverables?
Yes, the intern will be responsible for maintaining asset management tools and tracking/ coordinating deliverables.
Do interns need to find their own housing?
Yes, interns are responsible for providing their own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area.
What project management tools are preferred for the role?
Familiarity or a willingness to learn project management tools such as Airtable or Zendesk is preferred.
Can a candidate who has completed one year of prior Disney internships apply?
No, candidates who have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program are not eligible to apply.
What kind of tasks will the intern be supporting in this role?
The intern will support production, creative, and marketing efforts, coordinate schedules, manage feedback, and ensure the timely delivery of assets across various assigned titles.
