You need to have recently completed, or be about to complete, a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a similar chemistry-focused study.
What kind of practical experience should I have?
You should have first practical lab experience through internships, academic research, or industry-related projects during your studies.
What data analysis tools should I be proficient in?
You should be proficient in data analysis tools such as Python and R, and design of experiment tools like Minitab or JMP.
Is knowledge of advanced technologies required?
While not required, knowledge of advanced technologies such as IoT, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
Do I need to speak English?
Yes, proficiency in English is essential as you will work in an international environment.
