  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)
  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates on any student visa, including F-1, CPT, OPT, etc., without permanent work authorization will not be eligible for the internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with team members on a daily basis
  • Attend weekly Awards meeting and other team brainstorming sessions
  • Support team members with various projects pertaining to Awards campaigning for the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards
  • Manage the department competitive landscape grid to record trends and other award predictions before the announcement of nominations for the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards
  • Keep department contact sheets up-to-date with updated series regular/EPs and rep contact info
  • Manage and update the department calendar with information on submission deadlines, ceremony dates, voting timeframes, and nomination and win announcements
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HBO | Max “For Your Consideration” events that features panelists/talent from HBO and Max original shows
  • Gather information on HBO and Max original shows for team credit grids that assist in producer vetting, episode tracking, etc.
  • Gather HBO and Max accolade statistics that help decide current team campaign strategies
  • Work events on-site, if needed
