Responsibilities

  • This full-time (37.5 hours p/w) internship will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience within the NHS at NHS England.
  • Your internship will cover a variety of tasks such as project support, data management, administrative support amongst other collaborative support.
  • This internship role will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Employee Relations accountabilities within NHS England.
  • The Employee Relations team are employee relations specialists who partner with managers and staff to advise and coach on the application of Employee Relations policies, support attendance reviews and employee relations cases.
  • This business support opportunity within our Employee Relations team, which is dedicated to leading with compassion, aims to ensure that employees feel heard and can access the right tools and resources.
