Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following:
  • Consistently comply with all Danfoss safety standards
  • Develop value stream map for current and future state
  • Evaluate areas for improvement
  • Evaluate the current process for waste such as waiting time, operator movement, parts handling, and organizing items in the workplace
  • Help validate requirements to support future growth projections
  • Balance processes, accounting for fluctuation in customer demand
  • Evaluate and improve cell design
  • Lead documentation effort on current processes in compliance with IATF standards
  • Validate physical spare part kits against BOM
  • Time studies
  • Support continuous improvement ideas and implementation
  • Implement and Support 5S initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workplace
  • Understanding and complying with quality policy, procedures, and instructions to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, attainment of business goals, and environmental well-being
