Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prototyping various technologies, including generative AI systems
  • Meet with key leaders in the Information Technology Services department and learn how we design, deliver, operate, and promote technology solutions that enable AARP to achieve its goals
  • Contribute to data analyses and write-up of findings
  • Learn and apply AARP’s Design Thinking framework to understand how we achieve results and outcomes
  • Learn and apply Agile principles and practices while working with AARP capability and platform teams
  • Collaborate with AARP technology stakeholders, providing service solutions
  • Enhancing overall system security, performance, and availability
  • Construct, implement, and deploy process-centric Business Process Management solutions
