What qualifications are required to apply for the internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, be part of the graduating class of 2026, have a minimum of 3 years of work experience, and be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
Are there opportunities for full-time employment after the internship?
Yes, high-performing interns may receive a full-time offer to join the Commercial Leadership Development Program upon completion of the internship.
What kind of mentorship can interns expect during the program?
Interns will receive formal mentorship from commercial leaders and current full-time CLDP associates.
Is experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals necessary for the internship?
Experience in marketing, sales, and/or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
What are the expected outcomes of the internship?
Interns will gain valuable industry and functional expertise, participate in teambuilding and networking events, and give a final presentation on their summer projects to senior leaders and team members.

Yes, the internship includes Lunch-and-Learn sessions featuring senior leader speaker series/panels on different commercial career paths at BMS.
