Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling internal communications to share company news, events, and activities.
  • Develop and implement creative employee engagement campaigns that align with Siemens Mobility North America's mission and purpose.
  • Facilitate effective communication of the executive leadership's tone through targeted Executive Leadership Communications.
  • Focus on optimizing communication channels for our hourly manufacturing teams to ensure inclusivity and engagement.
  • Write employee stories and business successes through SiemensWorld, our internal news platform, and the monthly newsletter for managers.
  • Write, translate, and distribute Canadian communications into French.
  • Manage the Monthly Manager Newsletter for both the U.S. and Canada.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person townhalls and employee events to foster a sense of community.
