What will the intern's main responsibilities be?
The intern will support Universal Orlando Resort Event Managers with the planning and execution of various events, as well as have the opportunity to plan and execute smaller events individually.
Are there any specific qualifications needed to apply?
Yes, applicants must be pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution with a current class standing of Junior or above, and must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
Is the internship in-person or remote?
This internship will be an in-person experience, based in the Orlando offices.
Does Universal Orlando provide housing for interns?
No, Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
Are the internships paid?
Yes, all internships are paid, and interns may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable.
What majors are preferred for this internship?
Preferred majors include Event Management, Hospitality Management, and Theme Park Management.
