Responsibilities

  • Assist management with event documentation, including but not limited to location requests, revisions, confirmation of requests to park operators and 3rd party concessionaires. Complete billing each week and send to Finance. Be an active participant in the bi-weekly event meeting and attend specific task force meetings as requested.
  • Partner with the specialty buyer and merchandise warehouse for the execution of IDT’s. Includes requests from NBC, Comcast, UDX, Hotels and internal partners. All products will be ordered from the Merchandise warehouse and/or parks (if needed) and then fulfilled and delivered to designated locations. Ensure client is aware that the orders are completed. Process all sales in JDA throughout the month and then submit to Finance at the end of the month.
  • Assist management with concessionaires to include Microsoft OneNote file updates with Tech Service request updates, drive on requests, Guest Comments, Park Hour forecast and POS requests. Work with operators bi-weekly on the penny press collection and update Finance with any operational changes or updates to concessionaire business.
  • Assist management with Colorvision regarding documentation including Guest Comments and special events. Ensure Guest Comments are addressed with Colorvision in a timely manner and that special event requests are up to date. Follow-up in parks on any Tech Service requests.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
