  • Providing employees with garments in a professional manner daily. This process includes providing the service at Universal Guest Service standards, ensuring that garments are on the line, and noting any shortages, and completing required duties for assigned inventory responsibility.
  • Scans, quality checks, and hangs garments being received from various cleaners daily.
  • Operates a computerized garment tracking system daily.
  • Assists Inventory Coordinator in retrieving shoes and explaining the return policy as well as issuing the correct shoe to the Team Member.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned daily.
  • Provides Team Member Guests with garments in a professional manner daily. Ensure to communicate with Guest Services Coordinators regarding the status of garment requests from Warehouse for a Team Member.
  • Walk the building to ensure that all wardrobe lines are fully stocked. including all accessories, hats, belts, ties etc are fully stocked and ready for use.
  • Re-stock all items previously identified as out of stock items as the result of the building walk.
  • Scans, quality checks and hangs clothes being received from Warehouse to re-stock the lines daily.
  • Operates a computerized garment tracking system daily.
  • Operates RFID scanning equipment and POS for Wardrobe Checkout.
  • Transferred and transport garments needed to and from other Wardrobe locations.
  • Assists Inventory Coordinator with Inventory Control and Cycle Counting.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
