What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program will run for a total of ten weeks, from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025.
Where will the internship be located?
The internship will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
What is the salary for the internship position?
The compensation for this internship is $25 per hour.
What are the key responsibilities of the Finance Intern?
The Finance Intern will assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reporting, review expense accounts for accuracy, submit monthly accruals, support variance analysis, and help with the preparation of the annual budget.
What qualifications are required for the internship?
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in process, strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), basic analytical skills, and the ability to interact effectively with management.
Are there any preferred qualifications for the internship?
Preferred qualifications include previous retail or consumer goods internships and knowledge of Business Objects, Hyperion, and other Tiffany systems.
Will there be opportunities for networking during the internship?
Yes, interns will have networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns throughout the program.
Is there any special training at the beginning of the internship?
Yes, there will be an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City at the beginning of the internship program.
What kind of projects will the intern work on?
The intern will work on scheduled and ad hoc reporting and other financial analyses to support various initiatives, as well as special projects as needed.
What types of analytical skills are expected in this role?
Basic analytical skills are required to assist in reporting and variance analysis, as well as to support management decision-making.
