Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Assist with the review of expense accounts for accuracy
  • Submit monthly accruals and reclasses; work closely with accounting to ensure necessary adjustments are made
  • Assist with monthly expense variance analysis for both accounting and financial support, suggest revised forecasts where necessary
  • Support market and office teams to analyze performance through both standardized and ad hoc reporting
  • Support finance team in preparation for the annual budget
  • Create reporting which will be utilized during the budget process
  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reporting and other financial analyses to support sales, staffing, operating and development initiatives as needed
  • Work on special projects as needed
