This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
What are the main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Intern?
The intern will provide support in areas such as scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards, coordinating events, and assisting with recruitment materials.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Required qualifications include a strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment, previous work experience in retail, excellent communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Is prior experience in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred?
Yes, previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience through courses, internships, or other work is preferred.
What is the hourly compensation for this internship?
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Are there networking opportunities during the internship?
Yes, interns will have networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns throughout the ten-week program.
Are interns involved in hands-on projects?
Yes, interns will participate in various projects and gain exposure to the Talent Acquisition team, learning about sourcing and recruitment analytics.
Is there an orientation for interns?
Yes, the internship begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City.
Who will the intern work with during the program?
The intern will work with the HR Generalist team, Talent Acquisition partners, Business leaders, and cross-functional teams across retail and corporate divisions.
