Responsibilities

  • Support with Talent Acquisition Administration, included but not limited to, scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies initiating background checks and maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of onsite and in market events across the Americas
  • Support the with design, creation and distribution of recruitment materials to include, Workshop invites, Referral initiatives and hiring events
  • Support with the coordination of Recruitment workshops, including venues, travel and logistics when applicable
  • Support with candidate sourcing and interview shadowing when applicable
  • Provide coordination support for employee engagement events, including liaising with vendors, IT assistance, project timelines, etc.
  • Support the team with additional ad hoc analysis when applicable
