  • Tiffany & Co., is seeking a dynamic and passionate Intern with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skills and knowledge of industry trends and licensed businesses and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Support manager in defining master strategy for collaboration initiatives
  • Support manager in building out competitive analyses and competitive brand overviews
  • Support manager in building respective product plans throughout various stages of development
  • Support manager in building communication decks to support the development and share out of collaboration goals and overarching strategy
  • Support manager in creating internal product briefs for design and creative teams respectively
  • Support manager in developing and maintaining master calendar for launch dates to balance and schedule activity appropriately
  • SKU Setup, Pricing, Planning and Analysis:
  • Support in SKU setup and signoff in TPM
  • Assist with development of product in conjunction with PD, Design, JDIW, and external collaborator partners
  • Ensure global compliance with GTL, QA, Sustainability teams
  • Responsible for coordinating all QA reviews of specialty product made by collaborator, inclusive of material testing
  • Prepare QA feedback to share with external vendors as needed
  • Partner with PLM to ensure proper product types, royalty, tax codes are associated for SKU setup
  • Support in PKB and ecomm photography, copy and visibility status
  • Support in updating lifecycle status of SKUS within Global Product Collaborations department (activation and discontinuation)
  • Assist with managing excess inventory as stated per contract
  • Support in partnering with demand and assortment planning on units and door strategy
  • Coordinate and partner with Replenishment, RSC and global warehouses to execute kitting and distribution for each launch
  • Support with the development of all custom packaging including:
  • Sampling and obtaining approvals (internally and with collaborators)
  • Writing purchase orders in Coupa
  • Monitor timelines and oversee the kitting process
  • Partner with legal and Trademark protection on shipping/importation of co-branded packaging
  • Assist in managing all invoicing for third party collaborators
  • Oversee onboarding in Coupa for all external vendors and collaborators, in partnership with Global Procurement team, Accounts Payable, Tiffany Enablement
  • Act as single point of contact for all invoicing needs for external collaborators
  • Manage all purchase orders and approvals in Coupa
  • Partner with internal teams (Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Coupa team) to ensure all invoices are paid per our contractual agreements
  • Oversee PO creation for finished goods and own invoicing process via Coupa
  • Operational Tasks:
  • Manage and oversee the transfer of product samples to internal and external teams
  • Coordinate required logistics including FedEx shipments
  • Coordinate high-value/special deliveries that require GTL involvement (ie: Malca and/or RSC personal van)
  • Create commercial invoices
  • Inventory management of product and samples following standard Inventory Control protocols, ensuring all product is properly and systematically accounted for
