What are the primary responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Intern?
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be involved in full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying job description specifications, screening and short-listing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Required qualifications include a strong interest in HR talent acquisition, excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Yes, interns will have networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns throughout the program.
What type of projects will the intern work on?
Interns will support Industrial HR programs and departmental initiatives by contributing to key projects such as organizational chart updates, presentation development, and ad hoc tasks aligned with department priorities and workload.
Is prior experience in talent acquisition necessary for this internship?
No prior experience in talent acquisition is explicitly required, but a strong interest in the field is essential.
Will interns receive any formal training during the program?
