What are the primary responsibilities of the Off Cycle Intern in the Secondaries team?
The primary responsibilities include analyzing and conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential secondary investments, gathering information and conducting extensive research on private equity opportunities, performing in-depth valuation analysis, assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials for the investment committee, meeting with investment professionals of private equity firms, monitoring investments, and preparing investor updates.

Required qualifications include relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Services, or Consulting; excellent academic credentials; relevant coursework in business, finance, and accounting; strong quantitative and analytical abilities; excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to multi-task with attention to detail; and a team-player attitude. Fluency in other European languages is a plus.
